2021 Council Meetings
Council’s regularly scheduled meetings are on the first and third Thursday of each month, at 7:00 p.m. Council holds special meetings at other times as needed. For more information about council meetings and agendas (including how items are placed on the agenda), click here.
Agendas are posted here no later than two days before meetings. Minutes are posted after approval, which usually occurs at the next regular meeting. If you would like a copy of the unapproved minutes, please contact the Elkins city clerk.
Unless otherwise noted, all council meetings are held in the council chamber on the second floor of Elkins City Hall, 401 Davis Avenue.

Glass Recycling
The glass drop-off site near Robert E. Lee Avenue/Flood Control Road is closed until further notice. The site is currently at capacity.
