PROPOSED MINUTES
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY 3, 2007
Elkins City Council met in special call session in the council chamber of city hall at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2007. Present were: Mayor Judith Ann Guye; Councilpersons: R. N. Beckwith, J. S. Bibey, V. T. Broughton, T. P. Ditty, H. R. Elbon, T. Z. Hensil, R. J. Malcolm, C. L. Metheny, K. L. Wilmoth and R. A. Woolwine; and City Clerk P. J. Graziani, Jr.
Also in attendance were the members of the Vision 2010 Leadership Committee: Chairman Randy Underwood, Huntington National Bank; Tom Mann, Davis & Elkins College; Mark Doak, Davis Health System; Mike Mullens, Elkins/Randolph County Chamber of Commerce; Charlie Friddle, Randolph County Development Authority; and Voras K. Haynes, Randolph County Commission. Ed Tyre, Randolph County Board of Education was unable to attend.
Chairman Underwood presented the Vision 2010 Report.
No decisions were made, nor were any actions taken.
The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
