c. Proposed Resolution No. 091, authorizing application for SAFER (Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response) Grant funding for the use of the Elkins Fire Department.

a. Request of Beander’s at Due North for a temporary alley closure.
b. Request of Beverly Keffer to provide dining and beverage service on the patio area of Fudlee’s Bar & Grill, 224 Davis Avenue.
c. Authorization to contract for completion of the Davis Avenue Water Line Relocation Project.
d. Authorization to enter into capital lease/purchase agreements to finance equipment needed for the ongoing replacement of water mainlines.
e. Appointment of Judith A. Guye to the Randolph County Board of Health.
f. Proposed Ordinance 064, adjusting the rate of Hotel Occupancy Tax, first reading.
g. Proposed Ordinance 065, facilitating the recovery of cost incurred in collecting amounts due the city, first reading.
h. Proposed Ordinance 066, adoption a policy for the disclosure or publication of delinquent fee information, first reading.
i. Employee travel:
i. Three water department personnel to Snowshoe Mountain resort for the WV Rural Water Association Conference.
ii. Two water personnel to Cleveland, OH for the American Water Works Association Distribution, Engineering and Operations Conference.

j. Proposed Resolution 092, declaring the former Elkins High and First Ward School buildings a public nuisance.

a. Building – Building permit applications: 3383, 3398, 3413 thru 3432. Application 3296 has been partially acted upon.
b. Personnel – Status of a recommendation to appoint a city treasurer for a two-year term to commence October 1, 2007.
c. Finance – Status of interim financing necessary for water treatment plant-related projects.
