c. Request of the Mountain State Forest Festival Association for parades, barricades and security.

d. Employee travel – two wastewater employees to Sutton for the CSO Workshop for Small Communities.

c. A Notice of Application to Operate: A Private Club, Private Wine Restaurant or Tavern was filed by David Lee Elmore on behalf of Lexys, LLC, 17 Davis Avenue (formerly the Starting Line).
