b. Approval of the new employment position of Water Worker I.

c. Authorization to increase by one the manpower level in the water transmission and distribution department.

e. Request of the Elkins High School 9th Grade Class Council for a police escort during the homecoming parade.

i. Proposed Resolution 072, regarding the control of cats and dogs.
