a. Scheduling of a special council meeting for November 9, 2006.
b. Proposed Ordinance 059, providing for the issuance of Sewer Revenue bonds, Series 2006 A (West Virginia State Revolving Fund Program) (the “Sewer Bonds”) to: (1) refund the outstanding Sewer System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2006; (2) pay a portion of the costs of acquisition and construction of additions, improvements and betterments of the existing public sewerage facilities of the City; and (3) pay certain costs of issuance of the Sewer Bonds.
c. Consideration of and action upon any measures related to the forgoing Sewer Revenue bonds.
d. Authorization to execute an Electric Service Agreement for a power line extension to the landfill leachate pond.
e. Request of the Chamber of Commerce to sponsor its annual Christmas Parade.
f. Request of Patrick Varchetto to temporarily block off parking spaces on Railroad Avenue for an employee health screening.
g. Authorization to make application for a Huntington Bank credit card to be issued in the city’s name.
