a. Proposed Ordinance 041, adopting the International Building Codes and the West Virginia Building Codes, final reading.
b. Proposed Ordinance 042, amending the rate of certain business fees, no action to be taken until public hearing.
c. Proposed Ordinance 043, revising municipal election law, no action to be taken at this meeting.
d. Proposed Ordinance 044, providing for reimbursement by offenders of the cost of incarceration in the Regional Jail, second reading.
7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Request of the Log Cabin Quilters Guild to utilize a portion of Church Lane during the weekend of Augusta in the Park.
b. Proposed Resolution R-066, authorizing execution of a contract with the WV Development Office to obtain grant funds for the benefit of middle and high school bands.
c. Employee travel:
i. Three water fund employees to Snowshoe Mountain Resort for the 2006 Annual Joint Conference of the West Virginia Section of the American Water Works Association and the West Virginia Water Environment Association.
ii. Various city personnel to Philippi for a WV Municipal League training seminar, Bringing Risk Management to the Mountain State.
iii. Deputy city clerk and payroll clerk to Bridgeport for a training seminar titled Wages, Hours, Vacation, and Leave, an Employment Standards Workshop for West Virginia Employers.

e. Proposed adoption of a city organizational chart.
f. Proposed adoption of a job description for the position of Operations Manager.
g. Notice of Application to Operate: A Private Club, Private Wine Restaurant of Tavern filed by Ryan L. Summerfield on behalf of Rhinos 11th Street Lounge.
