Third and final reading of the City’s Proposed Ordinance 059, providing for the issuance of its Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2006 A (West Virginia State Revolving Fund Program) (the “Sewer Bonds”) to: (i) refund the outstanding Sewerage System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2006; (ii) pay a portion of the costs of acquisition and construction of additions, improvements and betterments of the existing pubic sewerage facilities of the City; and (iii) pay certain costs of issuance of the Sewer Bonds.

a. Adoption of Supplemental Resolution 076, providing for the issuance of the Sewer Bonds.
b. Consideration of and action upon any measures related to the foregoing Bonds or Resolution.
c. Remarks of the Youth Empowered Solutions (Y.E.S.) group.
d. Informational presentation by Chapman Technical Group of their Water System Improvements Project, Study and Report Phase.
e. Proposed Resolution 075, expressing Council’s support of the Youth Empowered Solutions (Y.E.S.), a group seeking to establish a recreation center and skatepark.
f. Employee travel - City personnel to Jackson Mill, WV for an Insurance Services Office (ISO) presentation as part of the WV Fire Chief’s Winter Seminar.
g. Funding for the depot’s Welcome Center for the remainder of FY 2006/2007.
