c. Proposed Ordinance 054, correcting Elkins Business License Fee regulation, no action until after a September 7 public hearing.
d. Proposed Ordinance 055, change of zoning classification for Graceland Hills Subdivision, first reading.
e. Consideration of Proposed Bond Ordinance 056, providing for the issuance of Sewerage System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2006A to: (i) temporarily pay a portion of the costs of acquisition and construction of additions, improvements and betterments of the existing public sewerage facilities of the City; and (ii) pay certain costs of issuance of the Sewer Bonds, second reading.
f. Consideration of and action upon any measures related to the foregoing Proposed Bond Ordinance 056.

a. Employee travel:
i. Two police officers to Charleston for a training academy graduation ceremony.
ii. Police receptionist to Charleston for mandatory certification training.
b. Request of Beanders At Due North to temporarily close an alley abutting its business premises.
c. Proposed Resolution No. 070, authorizing the establishment and maintenance of a traffic signal system.

8. COMMITTEE REPORTS
a. Building Building permit applications 3038 and 3068 thru 3078, 3075 being void.
b. Streets:
i. Temporary employment of Cameron Lewis to provide heavy equipment operator training.
ii. Permanent employment status of Ryan Wolfe as Street Worker IV and Redgie Shreve as Street Worker II.
iii. Initial improvement of an alley, Forest Lane, connecting Prospect and Earle Streets.
9. MAYORS COMMENTS AND OTHER BUSINESS
a. Request of the Augusta Festival to close Church Lane on August 12.
b. New WVDEP policies dealing with combined sewer overflows.
c. West Virginia National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Standards (NPDES) Permit Application No. WV0020028.
