Proposed Ordinance 022, amending the Sewer Rate Tariff, no action to be taken, due to a probable change in funding source.
Proposed Ordinance 37, Approving participation in the West Virginia Municipal Leagues WVML Municipal Revenue Enhancement Program.
Authorization to execute a WVML Municipal Revenue Enhancement Program Participation Agreement.
Authorization to execute an agency instrument authorizing he West Virginia Municipal League to act in the citys name for purposes related to the Leagues Municipal Revenue Enhancement Program.
Designation of City Treasurer Linda L. Crosston as Designated Municipal Official for purposes related to the Leagues Municipal Revenue Enhancement Program.
Authorization to execute An Intergovernmental Agreement for the Exchange of Information Among City of Elkins, the WV Municipal League, Inc. and Participating Municipalities.
NEW BUSINESS
Permanent employment status of probationary-employee Melissa Stalnaker.
Approval to retain the services of prisoner transportation officer(s).
Request to allow the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health Bus to temporarily park on Railroad Avenue.

Status of the regular meeting of October 6, 2005.
Recommendation to close city hall the afternoon of October 7, 2005, in observance of Mountain State Forest Festival activities.
Employee travel:
Two water department employees to Fairmont for a cross-connection training seminar.
Two street department employees to Weston for the Annual Snow & Ice Control Workshop.
Proposal to adopt an official city seal or logo.
Proposal to designate a uniform color for city vehicles.
Authorization to execute an Easement and Right-of-Way for Allegheny Power to install a gas supply mainline from city property to the site of the former railroad yard.
