a. Mountain State Forest Festival Association request to serve legal alcoholic beverages at the Cabaret.
b. Request of Elkins Church of the Nazarene to temporarily close a portion of Lincoln Avenue.
c. Appointment of Mike Barkley as the citys voting delegate and Harold Smith as his alternate to the WV Rural Water Association 20th Annual Conference.
d. Approval of employee travel to Clarksburg for a water fund employee to attend a free Compliance with Surface Water Treatment training class.
e. Appointment of Dinah Tomblyn to the board of the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library.
f. Authorization to execute an annual mainframe computer software maintenance agreement with ACS Government Systems.
g. Resignations of Police Department Patrolmen Michael S. Coberly and Richard K. Swisher.
h. Authorization to finance by lease/purchase the acquisition of a new police cruiser.
i. Authorization to execute a contract with WV Office of Economic Opportunity to obtain Emergency Shelter Program Grants Program funding for the benefit of the Randolph County Homeless Shelter and Womens Aid In Crisis.
j. Appointment of Joe Biola to replace Jim Parsons on the Elkins-Randolph County Airport Authority.
