a. Proposed ordinance 032, providing for the initial improvement of Sylvester Drive, from its inception on Scott Ford Road to its terminus at Alexander Avenue, second reading.
7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Proposed resolution R-048, designating the National Incident Management System as the basis for all incident management in the city.
b. Proposed resolution R-049, authorizing execution of a contract with WV Department of Finance and Administration to obtain $7,000 of grant funding for the use of the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library.
c. Proposed resolution R-050, authorizing execution of a contract with WV Department of Finance and Administration to obtain $15,000 of grant funding for the use of the Elkins-Randolph County YMCA.
d. Appointment of Gary Painter to the Elkins, WV Policemen’s Civil Service Commission.
e. Request of Kipling Shoe Company for a sidewalk tent sale.
f. Travel for two Street Department employees to Fairmont for a 3-day backhoe training seminar.
g. Request to set barricades to block portions of Railroad Avenue for the 2nd Annual “Spring Fling”
