a. Proposed ordinance 033, incorporating those certain streets commonly known as Bridgewater Estates into the city limits, second and final reading.
b. Proposed ordinance 034, making an offense and providing penalties for failure to obey any sign officially posted by City of Elkins, second and final reading.
c. Proposed ordinance 022, amending the Sewer Rate Tariff, no action to be taken.
8. NEW BUSINESS
a. Proposal to enter into a lease/purchase agreement with Grover C. Jackson, Jr. for real property located at 917 S. Railroad Avenue.
b. Employee travel 4 water fund employees to Canaan Valley for the annual WV Rural Water Association Technical Conference.
c. Approval to purchase surplus equipment from the WV Department of Highways.
d. Sale of surplus equipment by public auction on August 6, 2005.
e. Receipt of general development grant funds for Glendale Bottom.
f. Request of the Augusta Heritage Center to temporarily close Church Lane on August 12-13.
g. Request of residents of the 300 block of Main Street to temporarily that portion of the street between Worth and Glendale Avenues on August 20 for a neighborhood block party.
h. Reconstitution of the Elkins, WV Policemens Civil Service Commission.
