a. Proposed resolution 051, supporting the inclusion of U.S. Route 33 as a Civil War Trail.

b. Employee travel:

i. Utility billing manager to Wheeling for 2-day Microsoft Excel training seminar.
ii. Water fund employee to Buckhannon for a WV Rural Water Association training seminar.

c. Confined space training for employees.

d. Connection of an access road off U.S. Route 219 to Gilmore Street.

e. Ordinance to name ‘Martin Street’, an extension of the 4th Street right of way.

f. Acquisition of real property.

g. Resignation of Ronald R. Dressler, Senior Radio Dispatcher.

h. Authorization to execute a service agreement with Gannett Fleming to perform an evaluation of the existing 11th Street low-head, water supply, intake dam.

i. Request of Beander’s at Due North to use the alley next to its business premises during the upcoming Mountain State Forest Festival.

a. Proposed resolution 045, expressing the support of Elkins Common Council for the fair, equal and impartial treatment of all personnel to be hired as Randolph County Enhanced-911 emergency dispatch employees.

 

b. Revision of the Levy Estimate – Budget Document for the fiscal year endingJune 30, 2005.
